2011-05-29 – Louis Trichardt cattle farmer Jan Louw is in critical condition after he was stabbed through the lung by one of three armed black attackers on his farm Nooitgedacht on Saturday May 29 2011 at 5pm.

Jan Louw and Petrus Landman, 21, son of Louw’s partner Coleen Liddle, had gone to investigate their dogs barking and came across three blacks armed with knives and a .303 gun, who had just shot dead one of their dogs. SAPF brig Hangwani Maulaudzi confirmed that the three black men demanded entry to the house – and that the two Afrikaner men fought like lions to stop them from going inside. The Limpopo police will continue its search to arrest the suspects.’ Frits Arends, who also lives in the Louw homestead and is the chairman of the Makhado farmers’ association, said one attacker first tried to shoot Louw dead, pointing the gun at him and pulling the trigger  – but it had failed to go off. “That’s when Jan and Petrus fought with the attackers. Jan sustained 15 stab wounds all over his body including in his head and lung. He’s in the intensive care unit in the ZA hospital in Pretoria and reportedly doing well. Young Landman was stabbed in the neck, and recovering at the Makhado hospital.The farmers have also launched a search for the culprits, tracing their tracks with teams. However the main suspect is ANC youth leader Julius Malema who incites people to shoot farmers,” he concluded.

Two genocide charges against Julius Malema and other ANC-leaders at ICC, The Hague

Last week, the civil rights movement Pro-Afrikaans Action Group has laid genocide charges against the ruling African National Congress youth league leader Julius Malema at the International Criminal Court in The Hague. This is the second such charge against Malema lodged at the ICC over the past two months.

The latest charge comes after the National Prosecuting Authority in SA refused to prosecute Malema for incitement to genocide, reports EyeWitnessNews. This is the second genocide-charge to be placed at the international criminal court. On April 5 2011, Paul Kruger of the Verkenners (Afrikaans scouts) movement also arrived in The Hague and lodged a petition at the ICC, asking the international body to start investigating charges of genocide against the ruling African National Congress party leaders and the government of South Africa Praag ‘s Dan Roodt  said Malema has been repeatedly placed on record for calling for the extermination of the Afrikaner nation through his songs, public statements and other utterances.  In its letter, PRAAG referred to the South Gauteng High Court judgment which found the Malema-phrase ‘shoot the Boer’ to constitute incitement to murder.  ‘Judgment was reserved’ in the Malema hate speech trial at the Equality Court in Johannesburg. “You first have to exhaust all the local remedies in order to get someone to prosecute it for incitement,” said Praag’s Dan Roodt. “So now, because the prosecuting authority in Pretoria has refused to do it, it now needs to be investigated by the International Criminal Court in The Hague.”

Murdered farmer Adriaan Potgieter was tortured to death: stabbed over 150 times : daughter Wilmien, 2, and wife Wilna ‘shot at close range’..

   May 26 2011 – The Bloemfontein High Court heard that murdered Lindley farmer Adriaan (‘Attie’) Potgieter was tortured to death: stabbed over 150 times when he and his family were attacked last year. Potgieter, his wife Wilna and their two-year-old daughter Wilmien, (pic)  were murdered on their farm in Tweefontein in December last year. Little Wilmien was shot to death execution-style with a headshot. Six men are on trial for the crime.The prosecution against the six men handed in a report on the murder of the family including photos taken during the autopsies.It also presented a short panga used for gardening as evidence. Grim details of Lindley murders emerge
2011-05-25 Bloemfontein – Wilmien, the 2-year-old daughter of Free State farmer Attie Potgieter, had a cut to her head caused by a sharp instrument and then she was shot dead. This was the evidence the Free State High Court heard on Wednesday when six men accused of killing the Potgieter family on their farm near Lindley in December 2010 appeared in court. The men, aged between 18 and 33, pleaded not guilty to three counts of murder one of robbery with aggravating circumstances and other charges relating to the illegal possession of firearms and ammunition.

   The six are Stemmer Mofokeng, 23, Tapa Mofokeng, 34, Paulus “Vusi” Khumalo, 23, Tshokolo Lelala, 19, Telleko Seekoei, 20,   and Diphapang Motaung, 18, all from Lindley.  Motaung, right, said in his plea-explanation that he was ‘forced at gunpoint’ to help the killers move the farmer’s blood-covered body, that he ran away while the killers fired shots after him; and that he was paid R500 to keep quiet afterwards.

151 wounds  – farmer was tortured to death:
Giving testimony, pathologist Dr Robert G Book said that Potgieter, 40, had 151 stab and laceration wounds when he examined the body. Potgieter’s wife, Wilna, 36, had several deep lacerations to the head and a gunshot wound to the neck. Indications were that the woman and child were ‘shot at close range’, he said. When asked by State prosecutor Jannie Botha on his first impressions of Potgieter’s body,  Book said: “The deceased “had been tortured to death.” Testifying on the autopsy done on Potgieter, Book said the injuries could have been caused by tools such as a garden fork, panga, spade or sharp knife, while other injuries could have been caused by a brick or stone. The State alleges the six attacked Potgieter outside his house with knives, a garden fork and a panga, killing him. They then attacked the woman and child inside the house and shot them, the State alleges.

Motaung said in plea-explanation that he was ‘forced at gunpoint to help move the blood-covered farmer…

On Wednesday Motaung, (on picture above right) who was a 17-year-old minor at the time of the murders, entered a plea explanation. In it he indicated that he had been on the farm on the day the Potgieters were killed, but claims he had no knowledge of what was planned or going to happen. In his plea, which was read into the record by his lawyer Leona Smit, Motaung said after a sleepover at Khumalo’s house on the farm the night before, he was called to the farm house the next morning. He was forced, and threatened with a firearm, to help move a man covered in blood, while a woman and child were present. He ran away after the woman and child were taken away and heard two shots, which he thought were fired at him for fleeing. He was later given R500 to keep quiet and was again threatened to be killed if he identified those involved, he claims. The State called policemen to testify about what they found at the scene and how some of the arrests were made. State prosecutor Jannie Botha was expected to call forensic experts to testify on Thursday.

Joof Janse van Rensburg, 55,  was fatally shot by neighbour SAPF member Percy Ledwaba during a verbal row on March 13 – however by May 29 2011, the police officer still has not been arrested/charged.  EVANDER. May 29 2011 – An unarmed Afrikaner father and grandfather, Joof Jansen van Rensburg, was fatally shot in the stomach on 13 March by SAPS constable Percy Ledwaba in front of the white man’s son and grandsons. Meanwhile the black police officer who did the shooting – witnessed by the entire Viviers family —  remains on duty at Evander police station and has yet to be charged, says his son-in-law Frans Viviers. it was at his home where Jansen van Rensburg was critically shot by a police-detective on 13 March 2011 in Evander.

Mr Viviers said: ” “my little sons had kicked a ball across a neighbour’s wall and peered across it to see if they could retrieve the ball. My black neighbour’s brother ws there and was asked to throw the ball back. He snarled at my two boys and cursed them as he had done before. His car was parked in the street and I walked outside and got engaged in a fiery row with him about the way he spoke to my small sons. I did not know that this man was a police detective.  He never identified himself as such. While we stood yelling at each other my father in law stormed in and gave the black man several blows.The man then took a gun from his side, I still yelled at my father-in-law: ‘look out he has a weapon’. I stood right in front of the black man and my father-in-law then moved backwards about 15 metres away from him.

“I shouted: ‘ Stop, Stop we Are Sorry..’ but he targetted his gun across my shoulder and shot my father-in-law in the stomach…

“I shouted “Stop, Stop we are sorry,‘ but the black man simply targeted his handgun across my shoulder and shot my father-in-law in the stomach. Then I struggled to get the man’s gun away from him – and his brother then came running out of his house and I then hid behind my black neighbour while the gunman pointed his gun at me shouting: ‘This is not the old South Africa any more…’

“Captain I shot a guy…’

Viviers: “My wife and two sons saw everything. After someone rushed my father in law to hospital my wife and mother-in-law went to the Evander police station.Only at that moment did we realise that the gunman was a police officer – he never identified him as such at all. My wife heard him speaking over his cellphone and saying: “Captain, I shot a guy…’ When my wife asked him: ‘where is your weapon’;  he screamed in front of all the people in the police station: “That’s got fuckalll to do with you you fucking white bitch’. All the other black policemen fell about laughing at this insulting remark.  “The Ridge Times” also noted that constable Ledwaba had written in the incident book at the police station on March 13 2011 that he ‘had shot dead Mr Janse van Rensburg’ .

The Viviers family who witnessed the entire murder live right next door to the accused murderer’s brother… who visits him regularly:

The black police-detective has thus far not been arrested for the murder of my father-in-law Joof Jansen van Rensburg, said Mr Viviers.  Yet on April 22 2011, Mpumalanga SAPF spokesman capt Leonard Hlathi was quoted as saying that  ‘a charge of murder “will be investigated against constable Ledwaba”. However the police officer still remains on his post – and still can also visit his  brother, who lives right next door to the Viviers family — who witnessed everything…

Hlathi could not confirm persistent rumours in the Afrikaans community that the service pistol with which Mr Janse van Rensburg was shot, also still remained at the Evander station. Hlathi merely told Jana Oosthuizen that “forensic tests would be done to determine whether a shot was fired.’

Mr Janse van Rensburg and his wife Poppie were visiting with their daughter and her family in Selonica Street in Evander on March 13, and were watching their grandsons kick a rugby ball around, when the boys kicked the ball across the wall quite by accident – and kicked off th entire chain of events which led to the tragic murder of their grandfather.

“The Ridge Times” also noted that constable Ledwaba had written in the incident book at the police station on March 13 2011 that he ‘had shot dead Mr Janse van Rensburg’ . Hlathi said they will now ‘investigate a case of murder and their findings will be forwarded to the provincial police commissioner in Mpumalanga. He will decide what will happen to constable Ledwaba,’ said Hlathi.

Mr Jansen van Rensburg is survived by his widow, three children, five grandchildren and other family members. His funeral service took place from the Dutch Hervormed Church at Eendracht.

Time mag article incited Verwoerd murder

‘Inciting’ article in Time Magazine about Dr Hendrik Verwoerd was seen by his killer Demetrio Tsafendas –  just eleven days before the Greek-Cypriot messenger stabbed the SA prime minister to death in parliament on 6 Sept 1966 –  proof:

 

2011-05-28 Mrs Joan Leonhardt, widow of the parliamentary journalist Carel Leonhardt who worked for the SA Broadcasting Corporation with an office in South Africa’s parliament in Cape Town, says that a hate-speech article against Dr Hendrik Verwoerd in Time magazine on 26 Augustus 1966 was read by the parliamentary messenger Demetrio Tsafendas, the Greek-Cypriot who stabbed the South African prime minister to death eleven days later.

Tsafendas asked Leonhardt if he could borrow the magazine when he spotted it on the coffee-table in the media-office, the widow said. Her husband  then gave it to her for safekeeping after Tsafendas killed Verwoerd eleven days later. One sentence in the article which ‘could have struck a chord in him’,  said Mrs Leonhardt, could have been Time-Life’s description of a Greek-Cypriot who had struggled to get entry into South Africa ‘as a white man after he arrived heavily-tanned after his boat-trip…’  (picture of Mrs Leonhardt and the magazine by Theodore Jephta, article by Jan-Jan Joubert, Rapport newspaper).

Mrs Leonhardt, widow of the Afrikaans SA Broadcasting Corporation journalist, still has the magazine in her possession. Mrs Leonardt told Rapport that one paragraph in the article could have upset Tsafendas:  “A Greek immigrant from Cyprus was nearly refused entrance to South Africa recently because he had acquired a deep suntan on the ship.”

The passage she referred to is: “The effect of the vast complex of apartheid laws is often ridiculous. The Japanese, who trade heavily with South Africa, are officially classified as “whites”; East Indians, who are descended from Caucasian stock, are ‘”Asians.” A Greek immigrant from Cyprus was nearly refused entrance to South Africa recently because he had acquired a deep suntan on the ship. Inciting captions

Accompanying the article also were a series of very puzzling hate-inciting captions which often had nothing to do with the photographs accompanying them – such as ‘Insanity Creates Insaníty’ next to a photograph of cabinet minister John Vorster while the article itself did not refer to hm at all. The SABC-parliamentary journalist saved the magazine-issue which had been read by Verwoerd’s killer and gave it to his wife for safe-keeping. Was WorldCup2010 a catalyst for black-racist hatecrimes against whites?

Attacks, murders, hatespeech against white South Africans soared just after World Cup 2010 from July 2011..

Was the FIFA WC2010 football tournament in South Africa the catalyst which unleashed a  sudden storm of black-racist violence against whites throughout Southern Africa?  The statistical evidence being built up from the criminology-website Farmitracker.com shows a dramatic increase in black-on-white armed violence, black-on-white murders and black-racist hatespeech against white South Africans within a day after all the football tourists had gone home. This was seen inside the country but white South Africans also were targetted for black-racist crimes in neighbouring African countries..  

The map above shows that from January 2007 to April 2010, an average of one attack a day took place against whites. Within a day after the end of the WC2010, there was a dramatic spike, soaring as high as 100 attacks a day targetting all whites – including foreign visitors. These now average fifty a day. Ninety-nine percent of all those attacks were carried out by blacks. These attacks include officially-authorised black-racist hatespeech by ANC-authorities; often vicious,  armed attacks by large black male gangs targetting white families inside their homes and in public; and  frequently very gruesome, execution-style murders of whites – mostly Afrikaners – on smallholdings and farms which have been given their own category, namely ‘ farm-murders ’ (‘plaasmoorde’ in Afrikaans). Particularly worrisome in this regard are the large number of black police officers who were arrested for participating in a great many of these crimes. The graph below  shows the attacks against whites from January 2010 throughout the pre-publicity runup to the WC2010 right to April 2011.

 

Anti-white, anti-black foreigner hatespeech on South African social media erupted in WC2010 period

The record also shows that there was a huge amount of xenophobic hatespeech on South African social-media networks such as Face book during and after the World Cup 2010 – especially after the South African team Bafana Bafani lost their game their anger erupted, as  some examples below:

In the pre-publicity runup to the FIFA WC2010, the black-racist hatespeech also started growing each day as the event drew near: For instance on April 6 2010 Makhosonke ( first name Sangwene)  wrote: – “We must kill all dis white people de ma se kont pooses futsek julle racists..’ He listed his education as a graduate from the Vaal University of Technology 2009; Khunjuliwe Secondary school 2003. He lists himself as a ‘political student activist and part-time worker’. http://www.facebook/com/makhosonke . And Lindo Manzi wrote: “If I can meet a white person in the street where there is no-one to witness, fuck I would killl the dog…’

 

 

Gauteng: 653 black-racist crimes against whites since end of WC2010:

The largest number of black-racist criminal incidents were logged in the province of Gauteng: 653 since January 2007 up to May 27 2011. The second-highest level of racist violence against whites occurred in the Western Cape, with 109 logged attacks; the Free State, 78, Zululand 76. There were 15 attacks against white South Africans in the rest of Africa: six in Namibia; 1 each in Zimbabwe and Botswana, three in Mozambique, and one on an island near Madagascar. Two white South Africans also were captured by Somalian pirates aboard their yacht in october 2010 and are now languishing in some pirate-hellhole in Mogadishu.

The website, which was specifically launched by the military analyst Pieter Oosthuizen to log serious crime-incidents before, during and after the World Cup 2010, also shows the meteoric rise in poverty and homelessness of especially working-class Afrikaners – who are being pushed out of traditional Afrikaner-suburbs into marginal wastelands, where they languish without having any rights to access the job-market under the ANC-regime’s nazi-style ‘black-economic’-empowerment’ laws. 

When analysed together, all these logged events show that right after the WC2010, South Africa was plunged into a very rapidly-escalating pattern of armed-violence against the entire white population – which was accompanied by officially-sanctioned hatespeech by the ruling Troika-government (the troika is comprised of the African National Congress, the SA Communist Party and the Cosatu trade union movement).

Alzheimer sufferer’s death in cell still not investigated

 James Brown, a confused old Afrikaner man, had wandered into a supermarket in Kriel and ate a chocolate bar. A furious crowd had police arrest him, police pepper-sprayed the old Alzheimer sufferer – and dumped him in a police cell by himself. Four hours later, he was dead with a gaping fresh wound to the back of his head. Nobody has ever been charged…

Does anyone know whether this case has been investigated and the police-officers responsible for this man’s death in a police cell, have ever been investigated?

The TV programme Third Degree, broadcast by ETV in South Africa, showed these pictures of the late Mr James Brown, a 98-year-old Afrikaner Alzheimer sufferer. The confused old man was arrested at the Shoprite supermarket in Kriel in April 2009  – for ‘taking a chocolate bar without paying for it’.

Denise Ryan wrote: “The old man was assaulted, beaten and sprayed with pepper spray by the police officers who arrested him without any probable course for their behavior towards him – the old man did not resist arrest and the police officers were never in any danger from him at any stage. This old man did not know he was doing anything wrong because he was an Alzheimer’s sufferer – his doctor said his physical health was good, but he did suffer from Alzheimer. “

After his arrest, his civil rights were also violated because he had nobody to assist him and his right to a phone call was not presented to him otherwise he could have been assisted by a family member or attorney.

“He died within four hours of custody at the Kriel police station. This is what he looked like after four hours in a police cell – alone,” she wrote.

Relatives questioned the reason for the (clearly fresh) fatal head wound to the back of his head because the footage on the CCTV showed that he had not had any injuries at all upon his arrival at the Shoprite in Kriel.

Armed-robbery suspect Willie Moses Khoza got appointment as police-officer while his trial was still serving in court…

Rapport newspaper – July 9 2006 — In 1999, Willie Moses Khoza, then 38,  was arrested by the murder-and-robbery-squad in Pretoria for carrying out an armed robbery at the Waltloo-testing station. He was released on bail. Later on he pleaded guilty and his trial was seperated from co-accused’s.

At the time of the robbery, Khoza was a lockmaker living in Eersterust when he allegedly participated in an armed robbery with Aubrey Swarts and another man on 22 January 1999 and robbed R44,624 in cash. The case against Khoza and Swarts dragged on after Khoza admitted guilt and his case was seperated from the others. The docket then disappeared. A copy of the docket was drawn up and Khoza and Swarts appeared in the regional court – this time denying all guilt. The court heard that some of the robbed cash was found on him when he was arrested. 

Yet while this case was dragging on, it was also revealed that Khoza meanwhile was appointed as a police-officer ‘as a fulltime member of the SAPS Pretoria police band.” The police claimed that he ‘was a musician and not a fully operational police member responsible for combatting crime,’ explained inspector Amanda Mosiane.

“But what about his pending court case for armed robbery, for which he had already pleaded guilty once before?’ Beeld journalist Sonja Carstens asked her:  …  “That’s won’t necessarily play a role in his work for the SAPF as a musician,’ Mosiane replied…

Khoza was actually at the police-training college when he was issued with a summons for using the police-college facilities to practice and store their musical instruments, wrote Carstens.

Outraged police members told Rapport that  it ‘was ridiculous that suspected armed robbers who are in the middle of their trial,  can be admitted to the police force. Where will this end? For members of the public, Khoza would not merely be seen as a musician at the police band. For the public, Khosa is a suspected armed robber who managed to get an appointment as a police officer in the middle of his armed-robbery trial.’

Hein de Jager: shot dead with arms in air

Dreiers Hardware store manager Hein de Jager was shot dead with his arms up in the air – testimony in Pretoria High Court

Thursday 26 May 2011 – By Cynthia Dreyer Madibeng Pulse – Chilling details have emerged in the Pretoria High Court over the past two weeks of exactly how Hein de Jager (28) of Dreiers Hardware store in Pretoria North was shot dead. The unarmed Afrikaner was killed at point blank range on the afternoon of Thursday 13 March 2008. He had his hands up in the air, surrendering to  the seven black gunmen.

Judge Cynthia Pretorius heard testimony by witnesses which was concluded on Friday at the North Gauteng High Court in the two week trial. Five of the original seven accused men were arrested following the murder of 28-year-old Hein de Jager at the Pretoria North branch of the Dreiers Hardware store in 2008. One of the accused has since died and there is an outstanding warrant of arrest for the seventh suspect, said investigating officer captain Simon Tswai of Akasia police.

Sebyeng, Lolo Langa and Godfrey Mogashoa have all pleaded not guilty to charges of murdering De Jager and robbing the store of cash on that fateful Thursday in March. They’re also charged with robbing Mr Hendrik van Niekerk of R900. Charges relating to another robbery at PQ Clothing were withdrawn because the complainant could not be traced.

“I prayed for him until the paramedics arrived”
Riana Badenhorst, a client at Dreier’s building material store, testified that de Jager was sitting at his desk in his office at the store when she saw two black men come into the store and standing very close to him. She could see the men talking to him, but couldn’t hear what they were saying because she was talking to a cashier at the time. “Hein looked surprised. He moved back a little and then raised his arms. When his arms were halfway, the man nearest to him seemed to push something against him and then I heard a shot,” she said. “Hein fell straight from the chair with his hands still up… I turned around because I did not want to see what was happening. I realised immediately something was terribly wrong and I decided not to stand still while someone shot me. I turned around slowly and walked towards the door. Someone was standing at the door… but I slipped behind him and went to hide outside.” Badenhorst said she returned after the attackers had left because she did not want De Jager to feel that he was alone. “I tried to feel if there was a pulse, but I was so frightened I could only hear my own heart beating. I sat with him and prayed aloud for him until the paramedics arrived,” she said.

“Gunman knew where the safe was”
Cashier Hester Potgieter, (right, picture from The Star) testified that she was talking to Badenhorst when she noticed someone come in and go to De Jager. Then she heard a voice say: “People, we want your money” and a gunshot. She saw a man with a smoking gun in his hand, and two others pointing firearms at her.
Mrs Potgieter was ordered to open the till and the robbers put R6,000 (about $600)  into her handbag. One of the gunmen also took the key to the safe and Potgieter was forced to open it, and R800 was taken from there. She told the court he ‘clearly knew where the safe was’. The gunmen made their escape in a Nissan Run X and a green Sentra.  Potgieter returned to Hein De Jager, who was lying in a pool of blood on the floor.  She spoke to him, but he did not move and was dead by the time paramedics arrived.

One accused was given bail — for being sentenced for a murder and armed robbery!
When the suspects and witnesses appeared in the Pretoria High Court in September last year, the judge said the case was one of the biggest on the court roll and that three days set aside at the time was too short, hence the two weeks set aside for May. However- a  shocking indictment of the criminal justice system surfaced when it was learned that one of the suspects arrested had also been due to stand trial for serious crimes in Nelspruit and that another was a convicted killer —  who was given bail for murder and armed robbery! He was serving a 45-year sentence while on trial for the murder of de Jager.

Forensic evidence and police testimony
Akasia Police Station detectives and information from the public led the police to Shoshanguwe where Mrs Potgieter’s handbag and the murder weapon were recovered that same night, and three suspects arrested the next day. Two more suspects were subsequently arrested after a tip off from the public. One of the seven young black males has since died. “If the missing suspect is traced, he could still stand trial in the case, no matter how far into the future,” saidCaptain Simon Tswai of Akasia Police. Judge Pretorius will hear expert forensic evidence from the police when the trial resumes next month. Mr Cor de Jager, Hein’s father told MadibengPulse on Tuesday that the next part of the case could still last a long time. Sentencing could take place next month.

Potgieter family: horrific torture, execution

Murdered farmer Adriaan ‘Attie’ Potgieter was tortured to death: stabbed over 150 times; little daughter Wilmien, 2, and wife Wilna were ‘shot at close range’..

May 26 2011 – The Bloemfontein High Court heard that murdered Lindley farmer Adriaan (‘Attie’) Potgieter was tortured to death: stabbed over 150 times when he and his family were attacked on Dec 1 2010 and murdered. Potgieter, his wife Wilna and their two-year-old daughter Wilmien, (pic)  were murdered on the farm Tweefontein which Potgieter was managing.

 Wilmien and her mother both were shot at close range: execution-style, forensic testimony revealed . Six black males are on trial. The prosecution against the six men handed in a forensic report on the murder of the family including gruesome photos taken during the autopsies. It also presented a short panga used for gardening as evidence.

This was to substantiate the testimony of Free State pathologist Dr Robert Book — who was the first state witness to testify. He told the court that Adriaan Potgieter was tortured to death and that his autopsy revealed 152 stab and laceration wounds. He said the injuries were caused by objects similar to a garden fork, a panga, a shell or a sharp knife while other injuries could have been caused by a brick or a stone. Grim details of Lindley murders emerge
2011-05-25 Bloemfontein – Wilmien, the 2-year-old daughter of Free State farmer Attie Potgieter, had a cut to her head caused by a sharp instrument and then she was shot dead. This was the evidence the Free State High Court heard on Wednesday when six men accused of killing the Potgieter family on their farm near Lindley in December 2010 appeared in court. The men, aged between 18 and 33, pleaded not guilty to three counts of murder one of robbery with aggravating circumstances and other charges relating to the illegal possession of firearms and ammunition.

151 wounds  – farmer was tortured to death:
Giving testimony, pathologist Dr Robert G Book said that Potgieter, 40, had 151 stab and laceration wounds when he examined the body. Potgieter’s wife, Wilna, 36, had several deep lacerations to the head and a gunshot wound to the neck. Indications were that the woman and child were ‘shot at close range’, he said. When asked by State prosecutor Jannie Botha on his first impressions of Potgieter’s body,  Book said: “The deceased “had been tortured to death.” Testifying on the autopsy done on Potgieter, Book said the injuries could have been caused by tools such as a garden fork, panga, spade or sharp knife, while other injuries could have been caused by a brick or stone. The State alleges the six attacked Potgieter outside his house with knives, a garden fork and a panga, killing him. They then attacked the woman and child inside the house and shot them, the State alleges.

Motaung was ‘forced at gunpoint to help move the blood-covered farmer…’

On Wednesday Motaung, (on picture above right) who was a 17-year-old minor at the time of the murders, entered a plea explanation. In it he indicated that he had been on the farm on the day the Potgieters were killed, but claims he had no knowledge of what was planned or going to happen. In his plea, which was read into the record by his lawyer Leona Smit, Motaung said after a sleepover at Khumalo’s house on the farm the night before, he was called to the farm house the next morning. He was forced, and threatened with a firearm, to help move a man covered in blood, while a woman and child were present. He ran away after the woman and child were taken away and heard two shots, which he thought were fired at him for fleeing. He was later given R500 to keep quiet and was again threatened to be killed if he identified those involved, he claims. The State called policemen to testify about what they found at the scene and how some of the arrests were made. State prosecutor Jannie Botha was expected to call forensic experts to testify on Thursday.

Malema faces genocide charge at ICC, The Hague

The civil rights movement Pro-Afrikaans Action Group has laid genocide charges against the ruling African National Congress youth league leader Julius Malema at the International Criminal Court in The Hague. This is the second such charge against Malema lodged at the ICC over the past two months.

The latest charge comes after the National Prosecuting Authority in SA refused to prosecute Malema for incitement to genocide. 

This is the second genocide-charge to be placed at the international criminal court. On April 5 2011, Paul Kruger of the Verkenners (Afrikaans scouts) movement also arrived in The Hague and lodged a petition at the ICC, asking the international body to start investigating charges of genocide against the ruling African National Congress party leaders and the government of South Africa

Today,  Praag ‘s Dan Roodt  said Malema has been repeatedly placed on record for calling for the extermination of the Afrikaner nation through his songs, public statements and other utterances.  In its letter, PRAAG referred to the South Gauteng High Court judgment which found the Malema-phrase ‘shoot the Boer’ to constitute incitement to murder. 

‘Judgment was reserved’ in the Malema hate speech trial at the Equality Court in Johannesburg. “You first have to exhaust all the local remedies in order to get someone to prosecute it for incitement,” said Praag’s Dan Roodt.

“So now, because the prosecuting authority in Pretoria has refused to do it, it now needs to be investigated by the International Criminal Court in The Hague.”

Afrikaners flooding internal refugee camps

Since May 2010, when the farmitracker criminology-website started recording the growing destitution of South Africa’s 3-million Afrikaners – together with the large number of violent attacks by armed black gangs targetting this very visible white minority group — 117 more  squatter-camps housing destitute Afrikaner families have been put on record. Before that, Solidarity trade union’s charity Helping Hand  also recorded more than 640 sites which were housing Afrikaner internal refugees in 2008, where their local volunteers were providing soup-kitchens and other care. In 2008 Solidarity ‘s estimate of the total number of Afrikaner refugees stood at 800,000.

• The ANC-regime persecutes homeless Afrikaners and their charities by refusing them access to Paypal; denying government food-stamps; cutting off their electricity; demolishing their shacks… 

Farmitracker also records another ominous trend –  namely the ANC-regime’s refusal to provide any kind of food-aid to Afrikaner charities; and its very deliberate persecution of private individuals and private charities which dare to help destitute Afrikaner internal refugees. Many of these people are waging an increasingly desperate battle to keep these hundreds of thousands of destitute Afrikaners who are floating around the countryside alive, fed and housed each day.

  Several persecution-methods are being used by the ANC-officials countrywide: for instance the 5,000 Afrikaners living at the Sonskynhoekie camp at Lavender Road in Pretoria had their electricity-supplies cut off this week because of payment arrears (right). Yet tens of millions of black residents countrywide owe hundreds of millions in electricity-arrears and also get free-electricity– but they don’t ever get their electricity cut off. Sonskynhoekie’s loss of electricity access is calculated to cause the greatest suffering: it’s wintertime in South Africa and despite all the tourist-brochures boasting about the sunshine, it can get bitterly cold: especially if you only get one meal a week…. Another form of harassment of homeless Afrikaners is to teargas them if they try to set up shacks along the roadsides, such as happened to the elderly homeless Knol couple in Nelspruit recently: this time it was recorded by an observant journalist. The Knol couple now sleep rough under an umbrella because ANC-officials keep demolishing their little shacks and teargassing them (left).

The ANC-regime also persecutes charities such as Magda Stroebel’s Angels at Work by forcing her to spend her precious donation-funds to pay legal costs: she has to defend herself against the Pretoria city-council’s frivolous law-suit which would force her to demolish the wendy-house structures she has erected to house homeless Afrikaners in, while her charity works retrains and tries to find work for them.

Under the ANC regime’s black economic empowerment laws, Afrikaners are increasingly being barred from the labour market, so charities such as Helping Hand and Angels at Work provide retraining in artisan skills to help Afrikaners set up their own one-man artisan-based businesses. Mrs Stroebel has to appear in court again on June 7: if the court decides to demolish the neat wooden backyard structures, hundreds of Afrikaner families will be out on the streets that night.  The Freedom Front party ‘s Volkshulp 2000 charity also provides regular food-donations to the impoverished working-class Afrikaners in the Die Moot region in Pretoria.  (picture right)

Cutting off cash-donations from expat Afrikaners:

Another method in which the Afrikaner charities are being harassed, is to try and cut off the cash-donations flowing in from many expat-families overseas: for instance by denying Afrikaner charity organisations the use of Paypal facilities ‘without advance written permission from the government.’ The ANC-regime thus wants to divert and maintain total control over all the private donations flowing into the country –  as it has been doing since 1994 by planting their own high-level members inside non-governmental organisations. Meanwhile Solidarity has placed it on record repeatedly that the regime denies even the most basic survival needs to destitute Afrikaners: they even refuse them food-aid stamps…

Hendrik Grobler disabled: brutal assault by 3 cops

Boilermaker Hendrik Grobler, 35: ‘ I twice told the cop I could not lie down on the floor because of recent back surgery. He pointed his gun, threatening to shoot me if I didn’t. I showed him my back brace: then he kicked me again. A second cop  then also kicked me, a third cop turned me over. Then it was all over: the pain hasn’t stopped since and I can’t move…’ After the beatings and kicks, the young Afrikaner lay paralysed on the floor for 45 minutes: nobody came to help…

Thirty-five year old boilermaker Hendrik Grobler may have to spend the rest of his life in a wheelchair after a brutal assault by three cops at a Gezina, Pretoria petrol station on 21 April. The Afrikaner was an innocent bystander: he and his friend Theuns Potgieter, 33,  with him buying a tyre, had a handgun in his belt for self-protection —  (SA is the most violently-criminal society in the world) — but did not carry his gun-license with him. The brutal assaults against the two Afrikaner men by the gaggle of black cops was filmed on closed-circuit television inside the petrol-station — and the pictures were published by Beeld newspaper on 2 May 2011.

Grobler had undergone back-surgery ten weeks earlier from which he was recovering, and wearing a back-brace, when the three cops forced him to lie on the floor, kicked him, stood on him and assaulted him.  His doctor examined him afterwards and said the nerves and soft-tissue in his back were so badly damaged by the assault that it could take up to twenty years to recover by itself. He’s also beginning to lose the use of his legs.. Mrs Estie Grobler, 33, who is seven months pregnant, has to help him shower: he suffers excruciating pain whenever he moves. He won’t be able to work: “I’ve lost everything because of this .Thanks to the police, I’ve now also lost the use of my legs.’

The Independent Complaint Directorate’s spokesman Moses Dlamini seemed rather casual in his reply to Beeld’s request for comment: merely saying they ‘hadn’t investigated it yet, as they were only ‘taking over the investigation from the police today.’
